Are you exhausted and longing for more peaceful nights?
I offer attachment- and needs-based support on all aspects of baby sleep – using gentle methods that gradually help your baby develop self-regulation (self-soothing) and fall asleep more easily.
We'll get to know each other in a free 15-minute introductory call.
You'll tell me about your nights, your bedtime routine, and your daily life – and I'll give you initial guidance and suggestions for a gentle evening and sleep routine.

Mini Orientation

  • Goal: Concrete tips for calmer bedtime sleep and nighttime support
  • Content: We'll look at your current sleep situation (falling asleep, waking up, babywearing, breastfeeding, need for closeness, etc.). I'll share gentle strategies and practical tips that can help babies develop more self-regulation – without pressure or "leaving them alone." You'll receive:
    • Ideas for a harmonious evening routine
    • Guidance on sleep cycles and development
    • Gentle steps towards greater independence at bedtime
  • Duration: 50 minutes
  • Price: 79 €

Intensive Parent Support

  • Goal: Sustainable, gentle support for more restful nights
  • Content: Establishing a stable evening and sleep routine
    • Gentle guidance towards greater self-regulation (self-soothing)
    • Gradual changes to your bedtime or nighttime routine
    • Support with frequent wakings
  • Duration: 60–75 minute session + 1 week of email/message support + final session (30 min.)
  • Price: 189 €
  • Introductory Price: 94 €

Important information regarding billing

VAT exemption: All prices are exempt from VAT under the small business regulation (§ 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG).
Health insurance: My services are private services and cannot currently be billed to statutory health insurance.
